It’s Bloody Cold

Here in upstate New York it’s quite cold but working indoors you don’t really feel it. However, when the fire alarm goes off it is a diffrent story…

A few minutes ago the ventalation/heating system shut off which can mean only one thing… the fire alarm is about to go off. And on que it starts, loud ringing bells and flashing strobe lights. So as mandated we all have to head outside no matter what the conditions are, which in today’s case the temperatures are below freezing with high winds. For about 20 minutes we stand outside and then return back to the office. Though it was never stated why the alarm went off, my guess is a false alarm. What sucks even more is that this happend two days ago as well…

Lost and Found…

Finally got my site back together again with all the files and stuff that were on the old site. Took some time but it was worth it! This layout looks better than the one I made with HTML and CSS, and it is alot easier to update since all I have to do is use the easy interface of wordpress and not type everything up in wordpad and use HTML tags to get it to look right with out breaking the page design.

Aside from that things are the same, the game I am working on is coming to close. Though I would like to talk about it I can’t since no offcial word has been released about what it is I am working on. Though hopefully soon some media should be out like screens or videos, but again not sure when that it is.

So I watched the return of Lost last night on TV, it was kind of an interesting episode with more hints as to what is going on as well as character focus on one of the ‘Others’, Juliet. Though the episode overall was kind of dull, which is the case for most of the episodes of the thrid season, there was one odd twist of fate in this one. In her backstory Juilet wishes that someone she works with should get hit by a bus and die. Ironically that person get’s mowed down by a bus in front of Juliet! Brings a whole new meaning to ‘be careful what you wish for…’ Anyways I hope this season of Lost goes somewhere and the show overall starts to reach some sort of conclusion as to what exactly is going on, becuase if the writers keep dragging this thing with more loop holes and mystery it is going to get really boring really fast, unlike 24 which is non stop action and actually has some sort of resolve at the end of a season.
